Position Overview:
Swig Life is hiring an Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to maintain and improve our ecommerce websites on Shopify, NetSuite and more. This position requires an experienced ecommerce specialist who is a detail-oriented multi-tasker who will work closely with multiple internal teams to deliver frictionless and on-brand user experience. Communication and organization skills are crucial to succeed in this role as it requires extensive coordination with internal and external partners. You must thrive in a creative, fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be able to execute objectives with minimal supervision, while thinking strategically, creatively, and collaboratively to increase brand awareness and tell a cohesive brand story to drive ecommerce sales.
Position Mission:
Increase sales on SwigLife.com and other ecommerce platforms by implementing merchandising and functionality strategies that improve conversion and average order value.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product catalogue across all ecommerce platforms including Shopify, NetSuite, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces.
- Support on-site navigation and attribution of products.
- Design and execute merchandising strategies to support digital marketing efforts across homepage, landing, and collection pages.
- Synthesize data, customer behavior reports, and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities & provide actionable recommendations to optimize store KPIs.
- Evaluate processes to further refine site merchandising process and guide shoppers through the funnel.
- Participate in testing & implementing technical initiatives that support e-commerce, merchandising, and brand priorities.
Required Experience
- Three years of experience in ecommerce related platforms
- Experience with Shopify required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus
- Experience with NetSuite and Amazon a plus
- Some experience with HTML, CSS and Liquid a plus
- Knowledge of current ecommerce buying trends and related technology
- Organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive and pleasant approach to challenges, especially in difficult situations
- Having experience with a well-established, premium consumer brand a plus
- A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proven history of delivering consistent results with a high attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in technology, design, marketing or a related field preferred
